An acreage sale is very different to a normal housing sale as the land size, infrastructure, layout and potential styles of usage takes precedence over the house. Ulises achieved the highest price in the range I set within 2 days. They just seemed to have a lot of the right types of buyers for my property. Ulises demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the acreage market in the area and buyer requirements. I was impressed with his professionalism, vision for the property, sales tactics, willingness to listen to my concerns and his overall courtesy.
