Grant came around the day we were ready for him to inspect, gave us a price then and there. Once our property was on the market we had an open home with interested buyers within a couple of days and sold in a week and a half. All negotiations were done on our behalf by Grant, no mucking around and got us a great deal. Would recommend to anyone wanting to sell.

From the start Rachel was so very obliging and super helpful. Our conveyancer was giving us reason to question our confidence, even at times feel nervous. Rachel’s communication helped us to get what we needed from them, also the comms between ourselves and the vendor was actually the best of any purchase prior. We had a wonderful experience with Krystal! She is an agent that goes above and beyond. We were buyers looking for our forever home. It was a daunting process, however, once we met Krystal and her team, we felt like we were in trusted and professional hands.

Overall, we were left feeling disappointed with our experience dealing with Tina. The biggest disappointment, after the lack of communication and difficulty in approaching her throughout the process, was not receiving even a simple congratulatory text or phone call after settlement. It would have been a small gesture that would have made a big difference, especially as this could easily be scheduled. For our pre-settlement inspection, I was advised that the time couldn't be adjusted to suit my husband's work hours because it conflicted with Tina's family commitments. However, Tina wasn't actually present at the inspection, and the staff member who attended in her place advised that it was only a quick 10-minute walkthrough. Based on our previous buying and selling experiences, we had expected a more thorough and personal process. Throughout the transaction, we felt more like a number than valued clients, and the experience lacked the personal service we were hoping for. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I wouldn't choose to buy or sell through Tina in the future.
