In a difficult environment for sellers it pays to employ experience

We engaged with Ray/Michelle from HayesWinckle to help sell our mothers house. As in a lot of circumstances there are things that you can control and things that you can't control, we employed Ray to influence the things that you can control and for this we were not disappointed. We were impressed with the professionalism, persistence, quality of advertising, transparency of market conditions/interest and finally the determination to ensure that an equitable outcome was achieved. In what were difficult market conditions we received an appropriate price and a great deal of that credit must go to Ray/Michelle. In closing I would not hesitate in recommending HayesWinckle.
