Tarque was very willing to show me a home of interest which led to me entering a sales contract on my own home and a purchasing contract on the home I was very interested in. He was very willing to show my family the proposed dwelling when they were in town on a couple of occasions in his own personal time. Whilst I was on holiday Tarque was eager to have open inspections on my home. This turned out to be a positive and secured a sale for me. I was then able to go ahead with purchasing the home I wanted for easier lifestyle. At times I felt things were moving far too slow with contracts, deposits, signing etc with various reasons. To a degree this was due to other vendors being scattered outside of Renmark and overseas. I felt there wasn't enough staff to handle the work load. I really prefer the direct truth rather than being side tracked with reasons. Due to settlement on my home being delayed, Tarque was able to gain me early access on the home I have now purchased. This enabled me to have the home painted and new floor coverings before moving in. Tarque is a lovely guy, well presented, very polite, very knowledgable and very keen to help out wherever possible. His colleague Amanda is wonderful and together they make a fantastic team. Well done and thank you - I'm now settled in my new home.
