2 real estate agents in Myalla, TAS, 7325

When I started out looking to sell my property, I emailed several agents and Theresa was one of the few who got back to me. We organised an initial meeting and toured the house. Theresa was up front about what to expect in the current market for that area with the current house condition. Some months later, I made the decision to sell and, as I live interstate, Theresa organised everything for me with no fuss at all. It was good to know if I had any issues, Theresa was just a phone call or text away and everything was sorted out. Theresa is a fantastic communicator who is really in touch with the local market. We went to market with a fair and realistic sale price, had an incredible turnout to our first open home and received offers well over what we were asking with all thanks to Theresa's sales skills. Following the sale, Theresa also organised pest spaying and bond cleaning on my behalf for which I am very thankful. I highly recommend Theresa Button at LJ Hooker to anyone wishing to sell there property. You won't be disappointed.

Rylee is fantastic, his attention to detail his speedy communication and his willingness to work with parties involved. He has his finger on the pulse and is kind and reasonable.
