Rob was fantastic the entire process of selling our home. The communication was excellent and Rob was very supportive and explained the process thoroughly throughout. He was proactive during the selling process and was able to provide a wealth of knowledge. Would definitely recommended Rob for buying or selling a home, very trustworthy and reliable.

Communication about market changes is paramount selling in a small rural town. Rob was professional, had a great attitude and feedback from prospective buyers was constant. Definitely would recommend Rob to take care of selling your property.

After dealing with a couple of agents selling my own CBD property- buying in the countryside was the easy option with Rob. He is a delight and so very easy to communicate with. Nothing was an issue- just smooth sailing all the way. Just the way country life should be :-) If only all agents were like Rob- professional, friendly and made everything EASY.

So responsive ,very honest with markets. we’re as I felt with other agents I’d spoken too were telling me what I wanted to hear .

Working with Chantelle was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She made the entire process completely effortless.Chantelle’s proactive communication kept us informed every step of the way, and her diligent follow-up ensured no detail was missed. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, delivering a truly seamless experience from listing to settlement.

We couldn’t be happier with the service Cameron provided in selling our property at 370 Eastbourne Road, Rosebud. From the beginning, Cam was professional, approachable and always available when we needed him. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process and we always knew where things stood. He kept us updated, explained everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward. What impressed us most was how hard Cam worked to get the deal done. He was proactive with buyers, strong in negotiations and genuinely had our best interests at heart. He didn’t just list the property and wait for something to happen, he kept pushing and working behind the scenes to achieve the best possible outcome for us. Cam’s knowledge, work ethic and personal approach really stood out. We felt like we were dealing with someone who genuinely cared about the result rather than treating us as just another listing. We would have no hesitation recommending Cameron Borg and UrbanRise Property Group to anyone thinking of selling. Thanks again Cam for all your hard work and for getting our Rosebud property sold!
