When the development was finished and it came to selling one dwelling, we contacted Matt and asked for a proposal. He met with us a number of times and tailored his proposal to suit our needs. It was all encompassing, with Matt taking the initiative to liaise with cleaners, staging, the final stages with our builder as well as recommendations for a conveyancer. Matt then sold our house within 4 days and at a price beyond expectation. He provided good advice and always ensured that he had our best interest in mind. His no fuss attitude could not have been more valued. Having dealt with a number of real estate agents over the last 5 years, Matt certainly stood out as one of Ballarat's best.
