Kim advised how she would market the property, and we agreed on when to start etc. We had multiple offers from that first weekend and Kim worked diligently with all parties to secure a great price. This Was accepted but eventually fell through. However Kim had maintained contacts with the other parties and was successful in getting another great offer without having to readvertise etc. Kim maintained contact with me throughout the process until contracts were signed and sale was to proceed to completion.

Vicki provided an outstanding professional service throughout the selling process. With her local knowledge, she was able to advise us of services that might facilitate the preparation of the house for sale. She communicated regularly via email and phone, and always seemed to be at the other end of the phone when we rang. We appreciated her ability to negotiate & advise where required.
