I knew that Stuart is the BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT IN TEA GARDENS /HAWKS NEST and my faith in him has been AMPLY REWARDED !! Stuart is the QUIET ACHIEVER and an old Country Rugby boy from Orange so he's about as AUSTRALIAN as you can get. This means that he has a feeling for the Australian mindset and character as good as you'll get. Stuart is no big notes and I compare his performance in this exercise to an opening batsman playing for Australia. He started off slowly and played himself in..getting a feeling for the conditions and the nature of the "wicket". As things became easier Study loosened up and started playing a few shots. He handled the other side well and picked out the good players and didn't worry about the others. As he pushed on..things became more lucrative and he really got on a roll. He batted beautifully and finally landed the BIG ONE to add to his growing reputation. He'll be playing at the top level for NSW and Australia for many years to come now doubt will be captaining his own side for many years to come. Well batted..Stuie and keep the runs flowing going . We never had a real estate agent who was so smart, so aware of the market or so knowledgeable about current market prices and how to sell houses. Alison is also a talking encyclopaedia when it comes to discussing anything to do with how to get the best price for your home and will educate you about what will or will not sell and exactly why. She knows what to do with furniture. She knows how to stage a house. She is highly intelligent and motivated in such a way you will know you don’t have to worry about a damn thing. Alison did literally all the work involved to sell our house - she also sold it very quickly and found more than one buyer. All her predictions about them were correct. She understands human psychology, how people work and how to communicate clearly and well. She is right on target in every way you need her to be, besides knowing what you don’t and making sure you have done everything an owner should take care of that will attract buyers. We were 100% relaxed and carefree throughout the process because her personality is such that you simply know fast you don’t need to worry and she is not just highly experienced, but confident after years in the business. Alison doesn’t have to sell - she is one of the players who simply sells better than others because her experience comes across in a way that puts you into cruise mode while she breezes through another sale. Seriously, she is the agent you want to remember you picked (and not the one you want to hear about after you sold a house) who got you the best price possible. She’s also a genuinely lovely person.

This agent is truly efficient and informed about the market. She kept us up to date with every step of the process and help us make smarter decisions - we sold our house very quickly because Alison was involved and now we are grateful our friends referred us to her. She does a terrific job.

Ms Howell is sharp as a tack when it comes to managing selling or buying properties. She is also very classy and generous with her time. You will be a real dum dum if you don’t take advantage of her abilities. There are some truly inept agents whom we have used - and will never have to again since we discovered Alison. We were incredibly grateful because we did so well selling our home when we wanted a smaller one and then she found our daughter a great house - just perfect for a first home buyer.

Our mother loved this home, and my sister and I had a responsibility to sell it by the best possible real estate agency - and that is Osborn George. Gerard made everything easy, his knowledge of the market was on target and he negotiated the sale for the best outcome for ourselves the seller, and I am sure the buyers. His professionalism and friendliness, his ability to calm our fears was indeed wonderful. The whole team were there to support us and the settlement with Lyn at the helm made it extremely easy. You can't go wrong with Gerard and Osborn George as your real estate agent.

Tracy was a phenomenal agent to work with on a difficult to sell property. She kept us constantly up to date, helped to manage the property when tenants vacated and was a great advocate for both vendor and buyer. Highly professional, but also personable and invested.
