He also has exceptional interpersonal skills and integrity, you can trust that what he says is in your best interest giving you great advice without any pressure. He took care of the new carpet, painting etc while we were overseas all at the best prices. Brilliant communication always.

Toby worked so hard to manage the sale process. He suggested work to be done that adds value, recommended (good) trades people and genuinely actively manage the sale. If you choose Toby, you’re getting experience in the industry and the Northern Beaches market. He knows his stuff. He got me a great price and I know he worked so hard to do it. Ed Balfour acted as my real estate agent, and I have the highest praise for both him and Theo Polous. Ed was always available either in person or at the other end of the phone, and if I felt guilty about tagging him too much then there was always assistance to be had from his Katoomba office. Just like John Steed from the original ‘Avengers’ series, Ed was knowledgeable, never fazed, and relentless (he also comes immaculately presented, which enhances his likeness to Steed!). While I am an extremely satisfied vendor, I’m certain that the purchaser is also equally as satisfied with the outcome of the sale, testament to the integrity of Ed and the Theo Polous team.

Ed tried his best for me and acting between the buyer and tenant.
