I listed my property for sale with Andrew Jenkins. There were tenants in it at the time. Andrew was very considerate of the tenants when showing people through my property. When it was sold the borders were still closed so Andrew liaised on my behalf with the tenants after they vacated to make sure the property was ready for the purchasers to settle. I am very grateful to Andrew for helping make everything run so smoothly with the sale.

In the current marketplace, Andrew did a fantastic job selling our investment property. In a separation sale, Andrew did a wonderful job communicating with both parties openly to achieve a sale result above the guide. Micheal Green is a very energetic, enthusiastic and competent real estate agent. Not to mention patient, as I delayed the sale of my property 3 times resulting in a fantastic result way beyond my expectations. The only difficult part of working with Micheal is spelling his name. i.e. Micheal not Michael !

We 4found Stuart to be a very professional agent. He has lots of experience and it shows in his dealings with people. He knows the local markets very well. He makes you feel at ease and never applies any form of pressure. It is a pleasure to deal with him.

I had a house with a tenant who left it in terrible condition. I was locked down in Sydney during Covid. Sharon organised cleaning, inside and out, gardeners, repairs, you name it, she did it. I am forever grateful to Sharon for helping me. When a buyer came along, she negotiated brilliantly. If I could give her 6 stars, I would.
