I must admit, after ten weeks with no serious offers on the property I became a little concerned, thinking perhaps I should lower the sale price. I discussed my concerns with Sharon who explained the current trends and property movements in the area and she convinced me to be patient, NOT lower my asking price and “stick” to the plan. Sharon’s advice was spot on as my property sold two weeks later. I would highly recommend Sharon Doherty to any person/s contemplating selling their home.

From the start of the whole selling process Peter was very professional, had up to date information about current market trends & made the whole process of selling stress free!
