When deciding which agent to pick, I made the wrong decision and went with a big name agent . They decided to do a building inspection a few days before auction instead of the beginning and then proceeded to tell me how to undervalue my property. It was a stressful and disappointing experience. Daniel's team managed to turn it all around and got my property sold at a price I'm comfortable with. It wasn't a record, but given it was a bad time in the market, Daniel's team really shone through. I can't thank them enough.

Always takes the time to ensure we are understanding everything and giving us tips to help us along the way. Always answers outside of work hours or gives us a call outside of work hours which has been so helpful as the jobs we are in do not allow us to be available for long during working hours.
