As a buyer, Rose was incredible to deal with - at short notice she arranged three private property inspections over three successive days, was very clear in communicating her vendors' expectations, was always available to take my phone calls and we were then able to have contracts issued and exchanged within 24 hours. I was very impressed by her integrity and it was a bonus that she was such a lovely person to deal with. It was clear that she had the confidence of her vendors to handle their property sale, and from my perspective it was fully justified the way she conducted herself and the sale. Having dealt with many agents over the years, I can honestly say dealing with Rose on this most recent purchase, even though she was acting for her vendors, was one of the best experiences that I have had with an agent.

We have recently sold a large family house in Northbridge and I credit Rose for such a fantastic result for all parties involved.
