Josh was bery professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. His assistant, Bec was very helpful Josh listened to my wishes not to have the house knocked down and a new development created in its place, and proposed a clear plan as to how to achieve that, by spending minimal money to restore the house to have maximal effect. POA worked very well to obtain a maximum price for the house. But not sure I would want to be a buyer at the other end! The house sold in 1 month at a very good price and I am very happy with the process and the outcome.
