Pauline was completely transparent as to how the process would proceed, the documents required and costs for the options I could incurr based on what I would like with regards to advertising and styling /staging of my property. I found Pauline to be supportive and informative during the entire proces. Pauline is absolutely professional and a lovely person that strives to look after her clients. . LJ Hooker is wonderful when it comes to service and to take the stress out of selling your property. They organised everything, the conveyor, stylist and recommend cleaners. From the first viewing of the property, to the settlement process, Kate continually went above and beyond to communicate, empathise, discuss and display her expertise. Whilst I’m sure no house sale is ever the same, we had a few technical difficulties, out of our control, that were handled with professionalism, to both us as the buyers, and to the sellers.
