Living interstate, it was always going to be a challenge to get the property ready for sale. Luanne took on this responsibility with both enthusiasm and dedication. During the sale process, which also depended on the buyer's successful sale of their property, she kept all parties on track and informed. At the price point, and being semi-rural, our house appealed to a smaller subset of buyers, but it sold relatively quickly in what I believe was a slow market. So great result.
