I also appreciated how Braith would fill me in about other properties selling in the area and how he would recommend adjusting viewing times so as maximise interest and opportunity. Needless to say, I was kept well informed throughout the campaign - it was just great not having to second guess anything or have to chase him up on what was happening or should be happening.
