Agencies in Central Coast

I bought a house through Ken recently. Ken has sound knowledge of the local market and the properties he handles. He acts with professionalism and integrity; he works efficiently and communicates well. My experience from initial inspection to exchange of contract has been smooth and pleasant.

We got into a bidding situation with an investor, Ricky negotiated on our behalf for the buyer to choose us, over the investor, and his company also missed out on managing the property so the property went to a family who wanted the home to live in, rather than someone who was just going to rent it out. What a gent! Definitely gets our recommendation!

We didn’t put our house for sale on the market, only authorised Shivir Shrestha to sell for me. Very surprised me, he slid the house for me very quickly and satisfied with the price. Highly recommended
