Ron has a dynamic energy about him. He is honest, trustworthy and professional in his approach. His passion for what he does coupled with his knowledge of the local area, market movements, his huge data base of existing clients and wonderful marketing program led to the sale of our home at a time where trends were changing and the market was turning. Ron was able to obtain a sales price for us that we were really happy with through his strong negotiating skills and ability to manage expectations on both sides of the sale. Ron truely is a great agent to sell with and I’d strongly recommend him to anyone seeking a solid outcome within a timely manner.

We got into a bidding situation with an investor, Ricky negotiated on our behalf for the buyer to choose us, over the investor, and his company also missed out on managing the property so the property went to a family who wanted the home to live in, rather than someone who was just going to rent it out. What a gent! Definitely gets our recommendation!
