Agencies in Gold Coast - Tweed Heads

Very responsive to questions and always available to help. Can improve on a bit more after sale/settlement service.

Andrew really delivered his promise. He told me he knew the building and area well, as the property was very close to his agency and could promise me a quick sale. He definately kept his word as from start to settlement was 1 month. As i live in Sydney i needed someone that would communicate with me and he did. I would highly recommend him, and use him again.

When we purchased our property from Andrew he was very informative at the original inspection and was only to happy to answer any questions that we had. He was also happy to go out of his way to do a special inspection as well for us following the original one. The purchase of the house was done very professionally with Andrew and he was very helpful with any questions we had in this regard. We are so happy with Andrew and his Agency that we now have them managing our property until such time as we move into it ourselves.

Anna was very professional, and very helpful in assisting with the purchase. This has made the process easily and smoothly.

I have used Choice Homes as a builder and rental agent and the experience has been exceptional from both departments. Then when we decide to sell one of our properties, we have the privilege of being introduced to the real estate team and Anna and this was a continuation of the exceptional relationship with the Choice Homes Team. Anna was excellent in all aspects, exactly what you want when you are selling a home, especially when you are from interstate. Thank you, Anna, for everything and we are happy to continue our relationship with the whole Choice Homes team.

It was a pleasure to deal with Anna. She is knowledgeable of the local market and was easy to deal with during the purchase of our new home. We appreciate her assistance.

Ben and the team was fantastic in selling our duplex quickly and with a result that exceeded our expectations. The team’s professionalism stood out and we were especially impressed with constant communication and their tireless efforts to uncover every opportunity. The entire selling process was seamless and we were grateful for their attention to detail in ensuring our property looked its absolute best to achieve the best possible result for our family. We couldn’t be happier.

Great knowledge, super quick sale. Would definitely recommend Ben to any buyers and more importantly sellers looking for the best price with best service

Trina and her team have been exceptional with the sale of our little farm that has been in the family since the early 1970s. There guidance made it easier when processing important documents between the buyer and seller. I highly recommend LJH Trina and co.
