All work was carried out in a timely manner, within the timeframes they suggested, at very cost effective. as we were unable to do any of this because we were overseas, this was a godsend. U fortunately we were selling in a bad/hard market but i honestly believe his knowledge of the market is what got us the best price in the circumstances. He was constantly updating us with changes and giving us options. If I called he always answered even if it was to tell me he was busy but then called back ASAP. He was constantly calling back potential buyers with any changes and keeping them in the loop. Overall we didn’t get what we we thought because of the circumstances and market we were selling in but Orren definetely got us the best price that we could have.
