Agencies in Gold Coast - Tweed Heads

Janis was a happy combination of friend and professional. She always communicated with us but didn’t waste anyone’s time. She was diligent in pursuing potential buyers and left no stone unturned.

We weren't even in the market looking for a house but just happened across a listing and fell in love with the place, Rebecca made everything easy with buying and also selling our property. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

It was the first time I had sold a property in a long time. I found Richard to be knowledgable, realistic and very proficient at selling. My property was not in Richard's usual market area, however was won over by his sales strategy. I auctioned my property and was delighted with a result above my expectations! Thoroughly recommend Richard and Place real estate.

Thank you so much for helping me find my dream home. Alex was professional and friendly to deal with.

We cannot thank Julie-Ann enough for supporting us to secure our dream home. Right from the start she was such a delight to deal with. We felt very comfortable and trusted her instantly., Julie-Ann went the extra mile, through strange times, due to the covid , and communicated openly between vendor and ourselves to make sure both parties were being supported. We cannot thank her enough, and highly recommend her impeccable skills and knowledge as a top realestate agent.

Excellent marketing strategy and market knowledge which lead to a quick sale. All staff professional and supportive.
