The entire way through the whole process Shane was able to offer great advice and a thorough understanding of the whole process. Upon Shane’s first visit to our house he shared with us his thoughts on what we could do to get the best results possible and he was right, we followed his instructions to the letter and he sold our house in 4 days and for a price we were very happy with.
