If you are after nothing but detail and personal service for selling your property ,you cant go past Jody Culling and her team . Jody kindly took on selling my late fathers property in Sth Grafton ,having just lost my father and having to deal with all executor stuffs , i new i could rely on Jody and her team . Jody even chased my so called legal team a few times as lack of communication on the legal teams part was very lacklustre. Jody organised carpet cleaning amongst other things , my wife and i living on the Gold coast made the whole process a very difficult but Jody and team were exemplary . Jody i cant thank you and your team enough my wife and i will be forever greatful. Adding to that the selling process thanks to the Culling group was exemplary and Jody was able to sell at the right price. Thankyou again Jody and team, great job.

We are very experienced long term investment property investors and were extremely impressed with everything throughout the sales process including: (a) Market knowledge, (b) Fairness and integrity, (c) Negotiation (d) Agreeing with us the sales process and a sensible fair price range so that there was good interest and competition and a good price was achieved in a reasonable time period [we did not loose the benefit being able to sell in an initial window], (e) treated the existing tenant (our customer) + prospective purchasers + ourselves with great respect at all times and (f) clearly has a strong presence as someone all parties were very comfortable dealing with.
