Paul and Paula are true professionals and an amazing team. From the very beginning to the end we were so impressed with their communication skills and how organised they are. We never had to chase up anything and they were always on top of everything. We value their advice and opinions, as they are very professional, skilled, ethical, honest and experienced at what they do. They went above and beyond to help in any way that they can. They showed a great level of interest and dedication towards our property and we felt like getting the best result for us was of the highest importance to them - we were not just a number to them. We can honestly say that Paul and Paula gave their absolute best efforts to sell our house, for which we will forever be grateful for. We highly recommend selling with Team Ashcroft!

A big "shout out" to Jess, following a recently completed sale with a very positive result. Facilitated by Jess with consummate professionalism, care and support, in very difficult emotional circumstances. Jess was a delight to deal with, always approachable and prompt to any concerns, she has my highest recommendation.

Garry provided excellent support throughout the process, dealing fairly with us and showing a high degree of professionalism. He provided great service and was available when asked, showing us through the property when we asked and generally being very considerate of our needs. Garry was excellent to work with and I would recommend him highly.

We've dealt with Paul for the sale of two properties over the last year - with excellent results. On both occasions, Paul offered great advice and made the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. An excellent communicator and pleasure to deal with.

We recently sold our duplex with Craig's help and were thrilled with the outcome. He secured a sale above our expected price in just 2–3 weeks – a testament to his expertise, market knowledge, and dedication. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. We would not hesitate to use Craig again or recommend him to anyone looking to sell.
