This provided more of challenge i believe for Daryl, but he just worked with what we had, including very inclement weather during inspections. As this was our first time selling a house in the 40 years, Daryls guidance, prompt communications, and steadying of our nerves has been highly appreciated. A good man to have on your side, his experience just showed.
