Wow. I don’t know where to start. Having not lived in Newcastle long we were so unsure on who to trust or who to listen to when it came time to sell our house. There were brochures in our mailbox daily from agents promising the world. Who do you go with ? In all honesty the process of the sale of our house was one I have never experienced before. Having bought and sold a lot of houses Liam was by far the most amazing agent I have ever dealt with. First of all he made us laugh right from the get go. His sense of humour put us at ease immediately. He is not a Wanker !!! The most incredible thing was he followed through with his promises.
