We loved working with Malcolm and Upside team for hard work they put in whilst selling our home. They made the selling process so easy and helped us understand what was happening in every step of the way. We don’t have a clue about this whole process, in fact, Malcolm came prepared with a calming, positive and professional demeanour which gave us the confidence he would get the job done – and he did! If you want an agent who is honest and open without any hidden agendas and get your sale across the line, then Malcolm and Upside are the team for you. We couldn't have been happier or more impressed with the service we received from Malcolm when selling our house. Thank you!!!!!!!!!

My personal experience working with Sylvi was a great one, without a doubt. From the very start she instilled a sense of confidence, in me, that our objectives would not only be fully achieved but also be achieved in a fairly short period of time & when all was said & done that's exactly what happened! I found Sylvi to be very personable & extremely likeable. I would say she definitely has an intimate knowledge of the market & the Real Estate industry in general & it was obvious to me that she loves doing what she does. Overall I would recommend Sylvi Allan to anyone, without hesitation & it was a pleasure to work with her!
