He and I worked closely together in the early stages to arrive at a price guide that I felt was very accurate for the market. He also offered great advice as to the best and most cost effective ways to prepare and present the house in the lead up to going on the market. This early groundwork paid dividends when after only a brief period of time on the market, we attracted a number of interested parties and Cameron was then able to negotiate a sale price that I was extremely happy with! Would recommend!

Although it took a while to find a buyer, I will say that once one did finally commit it was handled quickly and without too much of a fuss. Only real complaint would be that I wasn't kept in the loop as much as I could've been. Otherwise a great experience. Thanks.
