They were very good communicators with the tenants and organised buyer inspections to suit both parties and gave me regular, prompt feedback on each potential buyer. After a few false starts for a variety of reasons by the purchasers we finally got a young family to buy and they were ecstatic. Very happy with the process and outcome.

When I needed to sell my house, I wanted to make sure I'd be able to get the best price possible. I approached Cameron to be the listing agent. He also offered great advice as to the best and most cost effective ways to prepare and present the house in the lead up to going on the market. This early groundwork paid dividends when after only a brief period of time on the market, we attracted a number of interested parties and Cameron was then able to negotiate a sale price that I was extremely happy with! Although it took a while to find a buyer, I will say that once one did finally commit it was handled quickly and without too much of a fuss. Only real complaint would be that I wasn't kept in the loop as much as I could've been. Otherwise a great experience. Thanks.
