Agencies in Sydney

I had an outstanding experience with Kien and the whole Insta Property team (Queenie, Vicky, Ethan, Annie). Right from the initial consultation, I was impressed by their professionalism and dedication. The entire selling process was magnificent, with the team working tirelessly to understand my goals and deliver the result I was looking for. It truly felt like a win-win situation for both myself and the buyer. I highly recommend Kien and Insta Property to anyone looking for exceptional real estate service in Bankstown.

I am a first home buyer, and on the verge of giving up till I inspected a property with Michael as the agent. Michael was different to other agents I encountered as he was very honest with his responses and his deadline to make a bid was on point. Other agents you deal with goes through a price bidding war to get the best price. This becomes tiresome especially if you've been looking for so long.. Michael, was genuine, helpful and kind which makes as a first home buyer the process so much easier. Thank You Michael for helping me get my first home and would deal with you in the future for buying or selling. Thank You. Sal

Where should I begin? Vince Labbozzetta from Raine & Horne Liverpool is the definition of a perfect real estate agent! We signed up with Vince Labbozzetta & along with his team, the journey of selling our property was exceptional. Vince’s response & communication throughout the process was consistent, and his commitment to getting the job done was always 100%. Vince portrays a great passion and a steady drive for his work & is an expert in bringing in potential buyers whilst also effectively communicating with them. I would strongly recommend Vince Labbozzetta as real estate agent as he sets the standard for an ideal and determined agent.

LJ Hooker Ingleburn and Kris Menon's team were really good. Kris Menon was engaged to sell our investment property. Kris was exceptional, he had run through the process with us making us feel comfortable. He had excellent market knowledge and the latest market trends, so when he gave us a market estimate it was realistic. After signing up, we went away for a 5 week holiday, during that time, his communication and responsiveness was praise worthy. He was very open and transparent and kept us updated regularly. We did not have to worry about anything, he communicated between the property manager, solicitor, buyer, tenant and us. He would keep us updated regularly, even on Sundays and late evenings, we appreciate his dedication. He showcased the ability to navigate challenges and solve problems without bothering us on our holiday. Organised B&P inspections and followed up with all the corrective works required. He has a personal touch, an ability to connect with people, dedication and meets expectation. He was able to secure a buyer before auction meeting our requirements, as the property was leased until early next year.. We are very satisfied and happy that we had Kris to help us with the sale of the property. I would highly recommend him. Thank you.
