He is polite, incredibly knowledgeable about the area and market, very persuasive and above all actually honest. Yes, I never thought I would come across an agent whom I actually trusted, but he deeply cares about all of the people involved in the transaction and works with his team ten times harder than any other agent I have met to close the deal. He is the best negotiator I have come across and though I paid more than I intended as the purchaser in this instance, I have come away with any of the negative feeling I usually get from dealing with agents.
