Ivan was very helpful. He was available to show us the property multiple times and was communicative throughout the negotiation process. He was responsive and transparent, resolving any concerns we had with the property, liaising with the vendor, their solicitor and strata as needed. Overall, we found the process straight forward and would be happy to work with Ivan again.
