My property purchasing adventure over the last 6 months has been really tough, particularly in the areas I was looking at initially. After many months of frustrating conversations and mishaps with real estate agents, I completely switched gears and headed over to emu plains (more than a 30 minute drive from where I was initially searching for property), and was greeted by a lovely man named Justin Cohen. From the moment Justin introduced himself, I could feel his genuineness. In a way I was a little stunned, as I'd never dealt with an agent who was so kind and honest. As days went by and we communicated more, I began to appreciate the amount of knowledge he had, particularly in the local area. Which brought my jitters to an ease, as this area is quite foreign to me, and i could certaintly use every bit of knowledge that could be given. As we got closer to settling on the property, he made sure that the whole process was as smooth as possible, and did a fantastic job in guiding me through it all. From my last minute phone calls asking to visit the property, to seeking clarifications from the sellers, Justin was always on the ball and did everything he could to help me out. It was very clear he wanted me to be as happy and as comfortable as possible (properties these days ain’t cheap!!!). Absolutely lovely humain being. Thank you very much for everything Justin! Andre
