We started to sell our house at a time when the market was down, and we knew that we needed to continue to work with a team who could help us achieve the best result possible. We followed Maria's recommendation to invest in professional styling. This combined with Maria and her team enthusiasm, professionalism, forward planning and high level of detail resulted in an incredible outcome in a tough market. Every open house was attended by Maria, Lauren and Todd and they greeted each buyer in a very professional manner providing them with a huge range of information about the property and its features. Maria, Lauren and Todd worked closely with every prospective buyer and answered every question with extreme diligence. They provided us with a great level of detail of how our campaign was tracking, relevant statistics and feedback. Maria and her team always kept us informed every step of the way, through regular phone calls and formal weekly feedback reports. The team always stayed optimistic and positive throughout the entire campaign. We never had any issues or problems and any of our suggestions or ideas were thoroughly considered. We genuinely felt that they listened to us and had our best interests in heart. They were always immaculately presented which goes in accordance with their performance in all aspects of the sale. We felt the full trust and confidence in this lovely group of people who work together and form an extremely supportive and dedicated team. We feel extremely thankful for Maria, and we love her and her entire team for such devotion, and for making us feel totally looked after in every aspect of their excellent performance, top notch negotiation and the great result they achieved for us. Our house selling discussions started in late 2025, when we set a timeline to get the many jobs completed to ensure our house was in tip top condition for sale in March 2026. Nothing was ever a problem, for us! If we could not be home to let a trade into the house they would, if something was not done quite to our standard they would sort it, if we wanted to add to the 'to do' list they would make it happen! During the campaign their communication was excellent, and they handled every obstacle with confidence and expertise. The stress we could have felt with the turn in the market was expertly minimized by always staying positive! We were able to place our full trust in Maria, knowing that she always had our best interest in mind while negotiating the best result possible. Selling a house involves trust, communication and respect between you and your agent and Maria and her team tick all these boxes. We absolutely love Maria, and we would never ever look anywhere else for an agent to sell our house!

She is intuitive and quickly adjusts plans, guiding this novice buyer skilfully throughout the entire process. For me, integrity was highly important throughout this process and Helen’s skill, transparency and high level of communication ensured that I could be confident in her understanding of this and meeting expectations. This was our first purchase and sale in 10 years and we were daunted by the task. The most reassuring sentence we heard was 'this is our bread and butter, you don't have to be worried" ! Helen met us to provide an initial appraisal and a comprehensive plan for our sale. We could see that Chapman was an award winning agency and indeed the Team was professional and worked well together. We always had someone to consult with at short notice, via a WhatsApp group. We had 3 well attended Open Houses and the feedback after each was provided very quickly. Our house was sold after 3 weeks on the market. We would be happy to recommend Helen and any of her Team to anyone looking to sell in the Mountains, particularly in Springwood.
