We recently engaged Nicholas to sell a property for us in Camperdown. Having dabbled in real estate for many years, and hence having experienced many styles of selling, we can happily testify that Nicholas is the best agent that has come our way. He advised us to spruce the house up, and sent a lovely tradesman our way, Jorge, who worked day and night, literally, for a solid week to get our house looking fabulous.
