Andy has been exceptional in his advice and expertise, in what is currently a difficult housing market. Andy was able to successfully sell my property at Burwood above market value, attracting an array of potential buyers through his local profile and network. His persistence to get the best results for his clients really showed through his attention to detail and ability to navigate a tight market. Andy put me at ease throughout the process and was extremely generous with his time through regular updates and by offering a range of strategies to get the best value.

Devine Real Estate in Strathfield have been fantastic. They did everything in their power to sell our two houses at the best possible price in today's challenging market. Andrew Kazzi has been a great support every step of the process. I highly recommend him as an agent not only because of his knowledge and experience in real estate but because of his patience, kindness and integrity which made the selling of our houses a lot less stressful. He and Steve Devine also helped me to secure my new home at a great price just two days after our houses were sold!

Andrew Kazzi showed us respect which was important to us. He is knowledgeable real estate agent who was able to identify what we needed. He is a good communicator, flexible and highly professional . Thanks to him our purchase was not too stressful.it was pleasure to work with someone who cares about people
