Nick did a great job selling the property. While the auction didn't attract bidders, Nick had the house sold for a price we were very happy with in a few weeks. He gave us good advice on preparing the property for sale and helped in many ways with removal of rubbish and furniture prior to sale. We couldn't be happier.

A great helping hand whenever I needed it!

Julia was an amazing support throughout the whole process of my home sale. She was always available to answer my questions, give great advice and constructive suggestions. Julia is also an amazing problem-solver and was able to arrange assistance within UPSTATE and externally to help me with a number of things that needed doing in preparation for my home sale. Her positive “can do” attitude and great sense of humour kept me calm when I needed it most! I can’t recommend Julia highly enough….she’s fabulous!!
