Kenny is a very responsible agent. He has done great job to communicate with his client in the timely manner in terms of house inspection, the potential buyers and the strategy. When I ask a question he always reply me promptly. While I am a little disappointing with the sale price which is a lot below my expectation, but I think this is more because of the issue of the building itself but not so much of a reflection of Kenny's professionalism and experience.

Shauna was excellent at market research and with her expertise, she made this process incredibly easy and stress free.
