As a first time seller the reason I engaged Ali is because from the moment we met I felt Ali was a go-getter, a person of character who helps to create the moment for his clients, very simple very helpful from the first interaction. In my opinion he has done wonders for the area and dared to tread where most other agents seem to fail, that is some other agents seem to have a bias towards our wonderful area. Ali has looked after so many people in our area, which is why he is a top rated agent. To be a top rated agent means you have to care and be available all the time that Ali was to myself. The northern suburbs to me are a growth opportunity and I feel Ali senses this because he could have easily chosen to anchor his career in a wealthy area where the houses are easier to sell, commissions are way higher etc. But by dedicating himself and his business laser focused to a not so wealthy area to me shows his commitment and character to the area, specializing in the "not so easy areas" makes better agents I feel, hence why I chose Ali to sell my home. I could have used "any agent" from outside the area but chose Ali! I feel there are so many houses...diamonds in the rough out here I feel its the best area and best value hence why I bought here lived here years and sold years later. I still live here too! Any realtor who can perform outstandingly well in this current economic environment and get a great honest result for clients deserves a medal! Well done to Ali and the team because you got me a real honest result. Also a leader is nothing without their team so well done to the team. You have done wonders for our area, an area I have known for most of my life. Go Corio! Go Cats!

Kingston blew the competitors for our sale out of the park but not the usual way. He was quietly confident of a great result for our family home’s sake but not showy or pushy in any way. When we first met (8 hours after an initial phone call!) he produced a detailed document on our potential sale - what we might expect and what others in the neighbourhood had arranged. However he ALSO produced a full report on the home we were considering buying and information on the suburb we hoped to purchase in. He so spoke positively about our family home and referred us to professionals to do small tasks to get the house ready to sell. His recommendation on photography and skill as a drone pilot were evident in our stunning images and video. Our stylist (also recommended by Kingston) was a perfect fit for our needs, using a lot of our own furniture but adding style and class without a hefty price tag. Kingston himself attended each open and rang with a full report following each one. He was honest but kind in all updates. He made himself available to help with each step, always answering the phone and made us feel like his number one clients (and I know he has many others). What sets Kingston apart is his friendly, professional manner with a genuine joy in helping people in their Real Estate journey.

Our experience with Matt was amazing especially after we had a not too favourable journey with another agent. Matt came in and managed our whole sale within the 30 day campaign which was needed after a long drawn out process with the other agent. His professionalism, local knowledge, support, guidance is of the highest level and our only regret with our sale was not chosen him first.
