Really happy with communication, Ali is a success and succeeded in getting my house in Corio sold. As a first time seller the reason I engaged Ali is because from the moment we met I felt Ali was a go-getter, a person of character who helps to create the moment for his clients, very simple very helpful from the first interaction. In my opinion he has done wonders for the area and has dared to tread where most other agents seem to fail, that is some other agents seem to have a bias towards our wonderful area. I could have used "any agent" from outside the area but chose Ali! I feel there are so many houses...diamonds in the rough out here, I feel it's the best area and best value hence why I bought here lived here years and sold years later. Our experience with Matt was amazing especially after we had a not too favourable journey with another agent. Matt came in and managed our whole sale within the 30 day campaign which was needed after a long drawn out process with the other agent.
