After a separation from my partner my daughter and I were looking for a place close to my family. In the very competitive market everything I looked at was selling for more than I could afford. Coincidently I met Karina at one of her open houses that I atrended even though it was not my desired area but just NEEDING to find somewhere. Karina was happy, helpful and genuine. I spoke to her about what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend and because she is an agent extraordinare she told me she had the perfect place for me. It was in my target area (only 3 mins drive from my parents place), it had more bedrooms than the places I was looking at and the price was within my budget. We organised to see the place 3 days later and less than a week after that I put in my offer and it was accepted! Karina, helped me through the whole process. She went above and beyond for me during the process of buying the house and even when I have had questions months after. I went out looking for a house but Karina helped me find a home for my daughter and I. I cannot recommend her any more highly. If I could afford to buy more homes she is definitely who I would go to!

Andrew is professional and very quick in finalizing the property. The positive aspect of this is that, yes you get into the finalizing stage quickly. Negative aspect is that you may not get enough time to think as the options from your hand will run out quickly. Overall, we had good experience with Andrew.
