We engaged multiple realtors, but Josh was a standout from our first meeting. He was always available, communication was faultless and the whole process was seamless. He achieved a quick sale at a price above what we expected. Would absolutely use Josh and his team again!

Bailey demonstrated great negotiation skills. His communication style was always to the point and after meeting in person, sent information to me via both email and mobile messages to keep me up to date.

We had a great experience with Michael selling our house. He was professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Their guidance and support made the sale smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Chelsea kept us in the loop though out the whole process. She was informative and was always on call to answer any queries we had. Chelsea is highly recommended by us.

Not very good as responding, once deposit is paid. Emails from reception state that I could have a pre-settlement review but this didn't happen. Keys were supposed to be delivered after settlement but so far emails questioning this have not been responded to. We had early access but were not allowed to pick up keys to look at house until an "accept as is" form had been signed. Which was not the intent of the site manager we were supposed to look first note what wasn't right and then sign.

When I rang Jess to tell her I wanted to sell my investment, she said leave it with me.an hour later she called me and told about her plans to market, advertise to have a home open with an ad on Domain. Jess asked about price I put my trust in her knowing she'd get top dollar for me. Jess and everyone at company have been fantastic managing my property for 6 years and very professional
