Originally we were going to engage two different agents so we could make an informed decision who would be selling our beautiful home. After meeting Kess, it became apparent that she had a world of knowledge when it came to the hinterland of Doonan. We were so happy with Kess that we decided not to go ahead with engaging a second opinion. Kess kept us informed throughout the whole process. We were very happy with HinterNoosa and the excellent service.

Kess and the Hinternoosa team gave us very timely and valuable insight to the market. They were exceptionally proactive and at the same time receptive and responsive. We commend their professionalism and management of our sale in what was becoming a tight market. At sale we were very pleased indeed with the outcome and the experience. It would be hard to better their performance.

Our journey to sell our beloved family property began like most; we asked our friends for recommendations of real estate agents. Not once, but three times we were advised - if we were looking for the best agent in the area there was only ONE and her name was Kess Prior. We cannot begin to express our sincere thanks, firstly to our friends for such a fine recommendation, but most importantly to Kess and her team for providing us with such a wonderful and positive experience. We have been told that selling your home can be a roller coaster - all we can say is Kess made it not only a wonderful learning experience but a thoroughly enjoyable ride. Kess supported us through the entire journey; from our very first meeting, guiding us on the best sales approach right through to the weekly reports she would send us to communicating outcomes of each and every open home. We found her incredibly supportive an excellent communicator and totally professional. We set our goal and never deviated - that is until the very end when Kess delivered us an offer beyond our expectations. Happy is an understatement! We cannot praise Kess and her wonderful team enough. If you are looking for the best agent in the area... STOP looking - pick up the phone and call Kess Prior NOW
