Selling a property on my own for the first time — especially our family home — felt incredibly daunting. However, Olivia and her team made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. They were kind, knowledgeable, and supportive from start to finish. Olivia guided me through every step of the process and kept me updated along the way, right through to settlement day. The photos and drone footage were stunning and allowed us to see our home from a completely new perspective. Olivia and her team helped turn what could have been a stressful experience into a positive and memorable one. We close this chapter with gratitude and look forward to visiting Straddie again in the future to begin a new one. Thank you, Olivia and team.

Olivia has sold for us multiple times and each time its been a pleasure dealing with her. She's honest, direct and provides excellent local advice tailored to the unique island market in which she both lives and loves. Even when the negotiations got hard or at points of inflection, Olivia was readily available and facilitated great outcomes based on rational analysis but always sensitive to the emotional nature of buying or selling a dream holiday home. I would recommend her unhesitatingly.

We are so glad that we chose Olivia to sell our house. She was completely professional and understanding when challenges arose and always available. Her recommendations and approach to marketing our property were perfectly pitched. We couldn't recommend Olivia more highly.
