We listed our investment property with Peter Lawrence and right from the start, he knew about the new sellers disclosure statement and had us contact our solicitor to have this completed before listing the property. In the meantime, he and another ANP team member visited the property and gave us an appraisal and advice on little things we needed to do before listing.
