The property also had a niche market for high profile clients so in all it proved most advantageous to sell with the current market condition being favourable as the sellers market. Bruce assist and facilitate the due process for the total sale with the engagement of a legal rep who under took its completion. Though, minor issues arose; they were finally resolved satisfactorily. The only challenge left is on the capital gain withholding payment which will be resolved in due time with the ATO.
