Sarah was spot on with her appraisal, with the property selling at the higher end of the advertised price. When she came down sick on the day she was due to show the property to the purchaser, she arranged another for another agent to attend in her absence, with a successful bid made soon after. All the paperwork was done by DocuSign which was very convenient and she was great at communication throughout the process. Her professionalism, combined with her positive and bubbly personality made the whole experience very easy. I would very happily recommend her to anyone selling their property.

The team were very supportive, friendly and positive. Nothing was any difficulty for them. Contact the team made with prospective buyers was relayed to us constantly. We felt some of the prospective buyers may have been difficult, this was felt across the board and yet the team still remained positive about the whole process. We are very impressed with go get em attitude, give it a go. Always on the front foot, never on the back foot like some other agents that we have had experience with. A pleasure to deal with this team. Would do it again in a heartbeat.
