My biggest fear was telling the other agent, she said she would take care of that, which she did. The rest is history

Leearna was responsive and professional in communication. However, I experienced some frustration regarding transparency. After my request to use one property photo for rental advertising before settlement, I was told the vendor did not consent. I later confirmed directly via the vendor’s conveyancer that consent had been given. When the listing went live, I was contacted and asked to remove it despite having that approval. While the sale completed successfully, I would have appreciated clearer and more accurate communication.

Brenton was super helpful from start to finish. He made the time to meet us at the property even on weekends, explained everything clearly, and supported us through the building, pest, and plumbing checks.
