I have purchased property from Anita and her team as interstate buyer in SMSF. Anita has been very supportive and very nice professional person. She helped me to organise house inspection for time suitable to us. She was very patient before signing of contract, while we were sorting out our SMSF documentation and going through all SMSF stress. She followed up with every step of the property transcation process like building and pest approval, finance approval and settlement. She has very good understanding of property market in Cranbourne region. I also believe that Anita did her best for seller to get a maximum possible price for the house. Overall very pleasant experience of buying a property from Anita and her team.
