This is the 3rd home we have trusted Rod to sell for us, & while our previous experiences were positive, this sale was particularly special to us. Prior to putting our houses on the market we interviewed 3 prospective agents . We chose John because he impressed us with his honesty and knowledge of the housing market. He also recommended an excellent handyman who helped us fix up the little things to get our houses ready for sale. His photographer was terrific , the photos online and board outside the properties were outstanding. Our choice of Century 21 and John himself was rewarded by him selling both our houses at the first open house viewing. Both our buyers had to sell their properties to buy ours and he sold their homes following only one open day as well.
